Reflex Real-Time Rendering service utilizes our break-through D4RV technology to allow Revit and other 3D modeling tools to create, manipulate, and visualize complex photorealistic 3D scenes. This is done in real-time update of the scene, through their native application on a web connected PC workstation.

Standard 3D production techniques require an expensive high-end PC, many wasted man-hours and technical guesswork to render and perfect your 3D scenes. With Reflex Render, almost anyone has the access to interact with highly complex 3D data in a manner that is not reliant on the user’s limited hardware capabilities.

Reflex Render technology eliminates the long wait of rendering time, turning hours into minutes! Utilizing a progressive rendering technique, Reflex Render allows users to visualize their initial render within seconds. Reflex gives the user the capability to manipulate their scenes with a visual preview of the render as it is being refined, resulting in a high-quality photorealistic Image in a minimal amount of time.

REFLEX Matrix™The aAECs Reflex Matrix is the system that hosts user models and collective data sources for the models. It is the means by which the collaborative environment for user models is realized, and user data is made visible via our Render Matrix online system. The Reflex Matrix is a web accessible environment that gives designers, through their 3D applications, the ability to upload and store model information for access by other parties so they may retrieve and update information contained within the models.

Downtown and Commercial Center Development

This 20+year plan to re-define the city, from one with an aging housing stock, no defined downtown, and commercial development along the highway, to one with a well-defined downtown which supports a live-work-play environment, an associated commercial center connected through greenways to the other elements of downtown, and planned redevelopment of the existing neighborhoods bordering the proposed downtown area.

This program is part of a master plan for Oakwood, which is meant to create a community and sense of place for Oakwood, and will aim to be a public/ private development showcase for the region. This plan featured a Public / Private development approach to its implementation.

Capital Improvement Plan Development

Mr. Prine was engaged to assist the city in the development of a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan for all of their current and future Transportation, Utility / Infrastructure, Facility, and Park and Recreational improvements.

Winner of 2009 Georgia Planning Association Award!

Laura Keyes, chair of the GPA awards committee, said the judges were impressed with Oakwood’s visioning process. “The City used a lot of tools and technology to develop the plan and communicate with the public. The master plan also was well thought out and easy to understand, making implementation very feasible, particularly with the timing of the recent successful SPLOST referendum.
