‘Aadhaar’ card details can be linked with ‘EPIC’ card (Elector’s Photo Identity card) by using one of the following five options:

Option - 5. Through physical submission of papers to ERO’soffice or to VHC

Click on the link ‘Update your Aadhaar in Electoral Roll’

You will be taken to a page where you can search your name in the

Electoral Roll either ‘Name-wise’ OR ‘ID Card Wise’

To Search your name in the ‘Name Wise’ category:

• Click on the radio button ‘Name Wise’

• Enter your District/Assembly name

• Enter your First/Middle/Last name

• Click on the ‘Search’ tab

To Search your name in the ‘ID Card Wise’ category:

• Click on the radio button ‘ID Card Wise’

• Enter your EPIC number

• Click on the ‘Search’ tab

• After entering the details, a list of name(s) will be displayed on your screen.

• Click on the ‘Feed your Aadhaar No’ tab shown next to your name.

• Enter your Name in Aadhaar, EPIC Number, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number and

email id.

• Click on the ‘Submit’ tab.

• On successful submission of entry, a message will be displayed as ‘Thank You. Your

Aadhaar Number has been registered successfully’.

Option – 2

Through mobile phone

• log on to

from your mobile to feed your Aadhaar number.

• Enter your details and follow the instructions as

mentioned earlier.

Option – 3

Through Election Commission of India’s

website

Click on the link ‘National Voters’ Service Portal’

You will be taken to the National Voters’ Services Portal (www.nvsp.in) where

you need to scroll down the page.

Click on the link ‘Feed your Aadhaar Number’

• Enter your Name in Aadhaar, EPIC Number, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number and

email id.

• This information can be entered by you (self), your relative/friend/any service

provider.

• After entering all the details correctly, click on the ‘Submit’ tab.

• On successful submission of entry, you will receive a prompt message from the

system saying ‘Your request for associating Aadhaar number with Electoral Roll has

been registered successfully’.

Option – 4

Through SMS to number 51969

from your mobile Phone

• Write your message in the following format:

ECILINK <EPIC Number> <Aadhaar Number>

e.g. ECILINK IJH3456780 123456789123

• Send it to number 51969.

• You will get confirmation SMS

• You can physically submit copies of EPIC card and Aadhaar

card along with filled form- Annexure ‘A’ to your

concerned Electoral Registration Officer’s office or to the

Voters’ Help Center in your Legislative Assembly area.

and Voters’ Help Centers (VHC) is available on CEO’s
