APPROVED AUTO REPAIRMembers having repairs done at an AAR facility are entitled to a guaranteed written estimate, return of replaced parts on request, a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, free maintenance inspection (with paid repairs), and AAA-mediated repair dispute arbitration. The AAA-approved shops are staffed by certified technicians that have access to the up-to-date equipment needed to diagnose and repair today’s high-tech cars. Facilities participating in the AAR program must achieve and maintain a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating.
