Product Description“AA Service Plan” – in relation to a vehicle, is a plan purchased by the customer for future servicing of the vehicle as per the OEM service schedule and does not include any maintenance items. AA Service Plans can be sold as a term or monthly product.

“AA Maintenance Plan” in relation to a vehicle, is a plan purchased by the customer and include provisions for future service and routine maintenance. AA Maintenance Plan upgrades does not include the service costs and only provides for future routine maintenance. AA Maintenance Plans may be sold as a term or monthly product.

Payment OptionsProducts can be purchased as once-off payment, referred to as a term product or on a monthly debit order referred to as a monthly product, on any of the Product Types and Options listed above.

Term StructureAll products will be available in 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 and 84-month contracts.

The customer doesn’t need to

purchase an AA Service Plan if an

AA Maintenance Plan Option has

been selected, services are included

in the AA Maintenance Plans.

AA SERVICE PLAN AND MAINTENANCE PLAN

Kilometre StructureNo fixed kilometres will be applied to any of the term structures. All contract kilometres will be calculated based on the vehicle’s service interval as well as the client’s kilometre utilisation. This means all products will be tailored to suit the customer’s needs. All product offerings will automatically be calculated and defined by the administrator.

Example:24 months – 40,000 Km24 months – 60,000 Km24 months – 80,000 Km, etc.

Kilometre LimitsAA Maintenance Plans will be limited to 240,000 km and AA Service Plans will be limited to 300,000 Km.

Inclusions and Exclusions

AA Service Plans • Included: Services as per the OEM service

schedule

• Excluded: Any maintenance item or item that is covered by the warranty or insurance or OEM plan. For example: Consumables, valets and car wash. Detailed information provided in the Cover Plan Wording

• Service costs related to the AA Maintenance Plan Upgrade Option are only covered beyond the existing OEM service plan if the term and kilometres exceed the parameters of the OEM plan
