Financial Transactions & Operations: Check/review of regular expenditures (bills/advance adjustment/house rent, fund disbursement, etc) for for field office Prepare vouchers for payment and entry in Ledger (QuickBooks). Cash/cheque payment against bill, advance, VAT & Tax. Handling compliance of financial policies & procedures. Maintain contact with Banks and other counterparts. Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statements. Salary transfer and pay slip confirmation. Preserve accounts related documents safely. , 02. Budget preparation, monitoring and analysis: In collaboration with finance team and program units, assist in the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of budgets. Respond to queries in matters related to the budget and expenditures. Forecast monthly/quarterly expenditure. 03. Financial reporting and fund requesting: Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure that reporting deadlines are adhered to. Preparation of monthly receipts & payments accounts for IRCO. Preparation of monthly fund request to IRCO mentioning details of the requirement. 04. Yearly Closing & Audit: Assist in yearly closing of Quick Books and other financial matters. Respond to auditors’ queries. Participate in procurement committee: Participate in the IRR office procurement of goods and services in accordance with IR-B’s procurement policies and procedures. Proven expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point &

Accounting Software ( TALLY & QUICKBOOK)
