मैन बुकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय पुरस्करर को वर्ा 2005 में स्र्थरपपत ककयर गयर र्थर और वर्ा 2016 में यहअनुवरदित कर्थर/करया की शे्रणी में एक पुरस्करर के रूप में पररणत हो गयर।

वार्षाक रूप से यह पुरस्कार अंगे्रज़ी में अनुवादित और यूनाइटेड ककंगडम या आयरिैंड में प्रकालित काया के लिये प्रिान ककया जाता है।

Davy Kopenwa is the leader of The Yanomami community in Brazil,

selected for the award for working in the field of conservation of

the Amazon forests and biodiversity and the Yanomami

community.

Guo Jianmei of China has been selected for the award for

working in the field of women's rights.

Aminto Haider has been selected for the award to work in the

field of protection of human rights of the people of Western

Sahara.

SCHEME FOR INTEGRATED TEXTILE PARK

Ministry of textiles is planning to overhaul the Scheme for

Integrated Textile Parks (SITP) by setting up Mega Textile

Parks to attract higher foreign investment in the textile sector.

It was launched by merging two schemes, namely, Apparel Parks for

Exports Scheme (APES) and the Centre Infrastructure Development

Scheme (TCIDS) in 2005.

The ITPs can also get benefits from Amended Technology

Upgradation Fund Scheme (ATUFS), SAMARTH, etc

59 textile parks have been sanctioned under SITP since its launch

in 2005. Out of which 22 textile parks have been completed and

rest are under various stages of construction.

Recently, Union Government has revised target Pradhan Mantri

Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme’s beneficiary target

from 14 crore to 12 crore.
