welcome you as a customer and

thankyou for applying for a salary

packaging card.

To help you understand how your

membership and accounts will work

with MyCardPlus, we’re providing you

with a comprehensive overview that we

hope will benefit you as you start to use

your new accounts and cards with us.

To get to know us a little better, I thought

I’d share a bit more about us.

MyCardPlus offers a unique product to

the salary packaging industry by

providing salary packaging cards to

eligible employees. In exchange for a

small salary sacrifice, these pre-tax

dollars are deposited onto our benefit

cards and can be used like a credit card

for the payment of expenses.

MyCardPlus has partnered with Beyond

Bank Australia to provide this product.

Beyond Bank Australia will issue your

own account number allocated to your

salary packaging card.

In addition, MyCardPlus offers a unique

system that enables our customers to

access transactional data and request

additional cards. Our Employee Portal is

the first of its kind to offer an interactive

platform that supports a ‘no fuss no

forms’ electronic onboarding process to

order cards.

Welcome to MyCardPlus, provider of your Salary Packaging cards.

Now that you have your new Salary

Packaging card with payWave technology,

you’re able to make purchases, shop

online or over the phone, and arrange

recurring payments using your 16-digit

card number.

Your card displays your unique member

number, which is located on the bottom

left of your card. You will need to use your

member number in all circumstances

including when you contact MyCardPlus,

your Salary Packaging Administrator or

Beyond Bank Australia.

Along with your new member number,

you also have a unique eight-digit

account number. These account numbers

will assist you in identifying your Living

Expenses Account and/or Meal

Entertainment Account when you talk to

us about your accounts.

For example:

Living Expenses Account

Meal Entertainment Account

02289101 (example)

Your Salary Packaging card is enclosed.

For security purposes, you will need to

use either your Internet Banking password

or Telephone Banking password anytime

you wish to access your accounts via our

Internet Banking portal

(https://mycardplus.beyondbank.com.au/).

Internet Banking Password

MyCardPlus and Beyond Bank Australia

have partnered together to create a

unique Internet Banking Platform which is

a secure transaction environment that

you can use to do your internet banking

online. For security purposes, you will

need to enter your 8 character Internet

Banking password that you had selected

on your electronic Onboarding Application

Form, anytime you wish to access your

accounts using Internet Banking.

Verification Passcode

(Telephone Banking - for Beyond Bank

Australia only)

*You were prompted to create a 4-8 digit

verification passcode when you

competed the electronic onboarding

application form for Salary Packaging.

This is also referred to as your Telephone

Banking Passcode. Your personal

Telephone Banking passcode can be used

in the communications with Beyond Bank

Australia and ensures your information is

secure at all times.

*Additional cardholders are required to

complete a Bank Form, please enquire with

your Salary Packaging Administrator for

further details

Before you can start using your

card, you'll need to activate it

either on internet banking, by

calling Beyond Bank Australia,

or in a branch.

Make sure you have your card and your Internet Banking password (if activating via

Internet Banking) or your Telephone Banking passcode (if activating over the phone)

handy before you begin. You may also be asked for your member number which is

located below your name on your card.

Activate your card

Online: Log onto https://mycardplus.beyondbank.com.au/ and select

Services – Activate Card. You'll be asked to enter your password and your

member number. When you access Internet Banking for the first time you will

also need to register for secure SMS. You'll be prompted to do this when you log on to

Internet Banking for the first time. *Subsequent SMS alerts incur a fee and are

charged to the card.

How to activate your card:

In a branch: Visit a Beyond

Bank Australia branch and

speak with experienced staff.

Remember to take your new card, and

have your passcode or Drivers License

handy for ID purposes.

Phone: Call Beyond Bank

Customer Relationship Centre

on 13 25 85, available Monday to

Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm and 9:00am to

3:00pm on Saturday (ACST), excluding

national public holidays.

Using your card/s

Your Living Expenses Card can be used to buy almost anything – including everyday

expenses like groceries, utility bills and clothes.

Your Meal Entertainment Card is accepted at most restaurants, cafés, hotels, bistros

and holiday accommodation providers in Australia and overseas.

Card Access Salary Packaging Cards

Use your card wherever Visa is accepted.

Look for the Visa/Plus logo both in Australia and overseas.

‘Credit’ Transactions made at an eftpos terminal.

Visa payWave for purchases up to $100

Visa with pin for purchases over $100

Bill payments using your 16-digit card number

Identification purposes in a branch or over the phone

Online or over-the-phone transactions using your 16-digit card

number

Card Restrictions

Due to Australian Taxation legislation, the following transactions cannot be

performed using your Salary Packaging cards. For more information regarding this

we suggest you speak to your Salary Packaging provider.

Contact MyCardPlus helpline on 1300 261 559 for enquiries regarding your portal or mobile app issues.

At MyCardPlus you can access your money anytime, anywhere with our range of options.

Electronic Statements

You will receive an eStatement each month through Internet Banking.

You will receive an email notification each month to let you know when your eStatement

is available for viewing.

If you have not provided us with an email address when you joined, you will receive your

statement in the mail twice a year, in January and July.

If you wish to receive statements more frequently by mail a fee will be charged. Please

refer to Beyond Bank Australia Fees and Charges on their website
