Who Is Reitway Global?

We are an investment fund manager focused on a single asset class – Global Listed Property.

This single concentration of intellect and energy is the cornerstone of a philosophy that

incorporates discipline, pragmatism, and the avoidance of unnecessary risk. Our investment

philosophy and process is applied to all our respective portfolios which are managed in

association with carefully selected partners.

Being convinced that a consistent adherence to our investment process produces better

relative returns, we avoid modifying our methodology to suit prevailing economic conditions

or investment trends.

We are committed to building wealth for our investors by delivering superior performance over

the medium to long term, while adhering to the highest ethical standards and delivering

exceptional service.

Why Global Listed Property?

The global listed property sector has a substantial market capitalisation and is made up of a

number of sub-sectors and geographic segments. These divisions in themselves are

significant, liquid and have their own behaviour patterns that are often uncorrelated. The

implication is that a global property index does not necessarily give a true reflection of the

movements within the asset class.

At any given time, economies can differ in respect to fundamentals (growth rates, industry

structures, fiscal/monetary policies) resulting in the listed commercial property of various

regions moving in different directions.

Looking beyond our local borders, we are able to access hundreds of additional high quality

investments in the global listed property space. Non-traditional sectors (there are a further 17

sectors in the US alone) become available when investors take a world view. Opportunities

emerge in business areas like Data-centre, Timber and Tower Real Estate Investment Trusts

(REITs) and our trained investment team are passionate about uncovering these exciting

prospects for the benefit of our clients.

What Makes Us Different?

● Our investment selection is not bound by the

constituents of our benchmark. We take posi-

tions beyond the components of convention-

al indices when constructing our investment

portfolio. This allows us to identify investment

opportunities that are generally overlooked by

benchmark cognisant asset managers and

therefore not available to their respective in-

vestors.

● Our investment style is “growth at a reasona-

ble price”. We effectively exploit the econo-

mies, sectors and individual companies that

reflect good growth prospects whilst largely

ignoring the under performers. This is done

whilst still achieving an adequate diversifica-

tion of the assets and currency spreads.

● Our vision is to provide comparable high-

performance global property investment

needs and objectives.

GREG RAWLINS, CAChief Executive Officer

As CIO, Greg has the finalresponsibility of portfolioconstruction and has 15 years’experience in the investmentindustry. Greg has managedthe fund since inception.

Grant is responsible forinvestment analysis andportfolio construction, with aspecific focus on American,Canadian and Australian listedproperty shares.

Nikki is responsible for opera-tions at Reitway Global. Sheattained her Bachelor of Busi-ness Administration degreefrom UNISA in 2005, and hasexperience in the financialmarkets industry.

MARIUS DU PREEZ, CAAssist. Portfolio Manager

Marius du Preez aquired hisBCom Accounting Sciencesdegree from the University ofPretoria in 2009., then com-pleted B.Compt Honoursthrough UNISA in 2010. Hehas since passed his BoardExams to qualify as a Char-tered Accountant (CA (SA)).
