Chapter 5 I fail to recognize that negative reinforcement and punishment are very different from each other Whenever possible I fail to set goals that are specific and challenging. Ever since high school, I would always be satisfied if I just pass the test. I don’t set goals like getting a perfect score in the test. Up until now, I am still satisfied with a grade of 2.0 in my accounting subjects, I fail to set goals of aiming a grade of 2.5 grade and above. For this issue, I will try to set more specific and challenging goals such as aiming for a grade of atleast 3 in my accounting subjects and pass the qualifying exam I am taking this December with flying colors. I also need to study harder and be a lot more hardworking to achieve those challenging goals. If I achieve those goals, I know that I would feel a lot more better than getting a 2.0 in accounting. I also fail to monitor each person’s level of performanceand provide constructive feedback as needed. I am the type of person who will just keep quiet and not comment about others because I feel shy. In high school, when I know that my classmate is doing the wrong thing I don’t tell it to them, I just keep quiet and mind my own business. To improve myself, I plan to be more vocal and be more interactive with the people I am with. By interacting more with them, I get to know them better and eventually be more open and I will be able to provide constructive feedback as needed.

Whenever possible I fail to set goals that are specific and challenging. Ever since high school, I would always be satisfied if I just pass the test. I don’t set goals like getting a perfect score in the test.
