It can be difficult to come up with occasions to tie your marketing.  Use this worksheet to pre-plan your

marketing for the year.  Make sure to start working about 2 months prior to the month you are currently in.  This will allow for you to have marketing material ready to send to the printer and have it ready for your website

and social media.  

A good resource to use to create marketing materials is CANVA. It’s free and you can create all your social media and print ads in just a few steps.  Once you're finished,

set your social media ads into your social media scheduling plugin so when the time comes to start that

promotion, you are all ready.  It's a good practice to market your plan about a week or two before.

If you are having special services don’t forget to add them into your online scheduling software to avoid

confusion.  When you have down time get your marketing ready for as many months ahead as you can. We have included a marketing planning sheet that you

can use.  Copy the sheet 12 times, hole punch the sheets and keep them in a duo tang at your desk for easy access
