The Challenge

Training your internal team members, new hires, clients and keeping everyone updated can be a challenge.

People have different learning styles. Add in different cultures and languages and training demands grow.

Disseminating information on updates might be easy but ensuring everyone read the email is another story.

Technology can help to ease the burden of training in today’s hectic work environment.

Does your firm require that all employees use INSZoom in the same way and input data in specific fields to meet internal and

external needs?

If so, how do you capture what fields must be completed? Do you have reference documents? Do you run reports and/or check to

ensure everyone is utilizing INSZoom correctly?

What is your biggest challenge in providing on-going INSZoom training to your colleagues?

What do you do to try and overcome this challenge?

Does your firm have INSZoom training manuals or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) created that employees can

reference? If so, how often do you review them to ensure they are accurate and still aligned with your firms processes?

Who is responsible for updating the reference documents and training manuals? Is there someone at your firm who is

dedicated to this responsibility?

When your firm on-boards a new employee do you provide INSZoom training? How long does your INSZoom training last?

Do you have a dedicated person who provides INSZoom training to your new hires?

What strategies or methods do you use to provide the INSZoom training to your new hires? Do you have training manuals? Do you provide one-on-one training? Do you test the new hire after

the training to see if the training was effective?

When your clients want to use the INSZoom portals do you provide a training for them? Do you provide the training

remotely? If so, do you provide live training every single time or do you provide them with a short training manual that they can keep handy? Do any of you record the training with a product like Go To Webinar and then upload the video to You Tube?
