A welcoming and supportive area for residents An attractive training area with refreshments Flexible in-house meeting and training space Drop in work space for SBHG employees Storage space for tools and equipment to maintain SBHG’s 5,000 + properties

Full height glazing creates a sense of space reducing the impact of the low ceiling height

The shallow ceiling void necessitated surface

mounted luminaires.

Low profile fittings were selected specifically to maintain the contemporary aesthetic and

further minimise the impact of the low ceiling height

Careful detailing provides an attractive solution resolving the different ceiling heights of the Ground and Mezzanine Floors

The existing unattractive staircase was a highly visual element linking the Ground and

Mezzanine floors.

The staircase needed to become part of the overall aesthetic which is achieved with

feature lighting, colour and product
