TINKER is designed to expose girls to different disciplines of engineering while debunking common misconceptions about engineering that prevent women from entering this field. TINKER originated at University at Buffalo SUNY and this summer SUNY New Paltz is hosting our first TINKER camp.
Camp activities include: • Hands-on projects • Teamwork Exercises • Networking with female engineers
• For incoming 9th-11th grade high school female students • Fee: $400 • Registration opens in early June – first come first serve! • Banquet Closing ceremony Friday evening for Parents
