    stringent and full proofy Issue of Helmet should be made mandatory with the sale of

    each two wheeler and should be made compulsory to back seat aswell

    y Traffic rules should be strictly enforced

    y Safety awareness should begin from childhoody License of drunkard drivers and riders should be cancelled

    immediately

    y One way traffic should be implemented in all roads as far aspossible

    y Footpaths and medians should be made mandatory for allimportant roads and for all new roads

    y Reflectors should be fixed on Front and Back ofTrucks andLorries

    y Attention distracting Hoardings, banners, posters, advertisements etc should be banned near roads and highways
