We can offer accurate information on ingredients, however, due to the open plan nature of our kitchens, we are unable to guarantee that dishes are‘free from’ allergens. If you have any specific dietary please alert a member of staff prior to ordering. All prices include VAT. All offers, prices andparty dates are subject to availability and must be pre-booked and paid in advance. Provisional bookings must be confirmed and secured with anon-refundable, non-transferrable deposit. Deposit payments are non-refundable and may not be transferred to drinks or part payment towardsother guests. The full balance is payable no later than one month prior to the event date, otherwise your reservation may be released. Paymentsmust be made by the named contact, if your booking consists of individuals the named contact is responsible for collecting all monies and payingthe venue as one full deposit payment and one full final balance payment. Final numbers, menu selections & dietary requirements must be advised 1month prior to arrival. Any changes to the booking can only be made by the named party contact. This includes dietary requirements, attendancenumbers and bedroom bookings. If the named party contact will not be available they must confirm in writing a nominated person who can amendthe booking on their behalf. These will automatically be released if the numbers have not been received 1 month prior to the event. Following finalbalance payments reduction in numbers will be charged at 100%. Full pre-payments on all Christmas and New Year events are non-refundable andnon-transferable. De Vere reserve the right to alter prices and menu content due to fluctuating market conditions. All accommodation rates aresubject to availability and 100% pre-payment must be paid to secure the room, which is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Names for thebedrooms must be advised one month prior to arrival in written format using the form provided at confirmation. Where a group is attending a joinerparty in the main house, the room that the meal will be served in will be advised 5 days prior to the event. Prior to this time, the hotel cannotguarantee which room will be used. Groups may request a particular room but this is not guaranteed. Cancellations made up to one day before willbe required to pay 100% off the booking cost, 2-14 days will incur 90%, 30 - 15 days will incur 65%, 31-60 days will incur 35% and 61- 90 days will incur20% of the booking cost.
