Create a vision - know what you want your classroom to look, sound, and feel like.

Formulate a clear integration plan for the school year, unit, or lessons and follow it.

Work with key people including technology director, curriculum director, administration, and colleagues, students, and parents.

Implement your class vision and technology plan on day 1. Push forward despite constraints. Communicate often with key personnel and families.

Integrating technology starts with the vision of the educator - what does learning look, sound, and feel like in the classroom.

Collaborate with key school personnel and involve families as stakeholders.
