We invite you to participate in Network World’s IT Roadmap Conference and Expo with the goal of deepening existing relationships and creating new ones. Unique breakout sessions and a thriving expo floor provide an interactive atmosphere for IT vendors to collaborate and form partnerships with Network and IT Management.
With content planned by Network World’s subject matter experts, each technology track at IT Roadmap focuses on the most current issues of Network and IT Management, in order for the attendees to have a vested interest in the event. Your participation in that content—through technology tracks, break out sessions, expo floor displays and conversations—will help make the day a valuable learning experience for all.
IT Roadmap provides the opportunity for dialog with hundreds of Network and IT Professionals who have specifically expressed interest in attending this event. Your sponsorship of this conference series allows you to create significant brand image and awareness for your company among influential information technology professionals. By providing face-to-face networking time, this conference allows you to position your company as a technology leader, establish relationships with new companies and contacts, deepen current customer relationships, educate attendees about your solutions and learn their challenges and priorities.
This series of conferences and expos is in its fifth year and is an important part of the Network World brand portfolio. We look forward to you joining us for the 2010 IT Roadmap Conference and Expo series, and helping you to meet your event marketing and sales goals.

Content FocusIn its fifth year, IT Roadmap continues to evolve with the needs of Network and IT Buyers. Network and IT decision makers are keen to share their experiences with peers, gain an understanding of how others have met and overcome IT challenges, and address issues around cost savings and maximizing revenue for their enterprise.
IT Roadmap provides a series of local events for Network and IT Management to collaborate with their regional peers and meet with sponsors to learn more about new solutions to their challenges as they build relationships on the expo floor.
Agenda content is planned by Network World’s subject matter experts, in collaboration with current information from IDG research to cover all top-of-mind topics.
IT Roadmap is structured into four sections. The general session, the morning tracks, the expo floor and the afternoon breakout sessions. Network and IT Management are able to tailor the content to meet their needs by self selecting technology tracks and breakout sessions. There is ample time to interact with their peers at breaks, the smaller breakout sessions and on the expo floor, which is open the entire afternoon.
Sponsors have informal as well as structured opportunities to interact with attendees during the day. Sponsors participate on the expo floor as well as in the technology tracks and afternoon breakout sessions. Plus there are numerous opportunities for one-on-one conversations throughout the program. We now offer special online opportunities to extend sponsorship reach beyond the physical event as well.

Richard Shepherd, IT Director Mennonite Central Committee
(Philadelphia, July 14, 2009)
“The IT Roadmap was an excellent, condensed program that attracted knowledgeable attendees. I learned nearly as much from networking with peers as I did from the excellent presentations and real-life case studies.”
Greg Hill, Senior IT Developer City and County of Denver (Denver, March 10, 2009)
“IT Roadmap gave us the op-portunity to meet VMware’s chief architect and personally ask him questions regarding upcoming projects for our College. One 20-minute con-versation completely trans-formed one of those projects. We wouldn’t have received this chance at most other conferences.”
