Oil Patch Production Service’s highly skilled production testing personnel conduct the supervised flow of a well while separating gases, fluids and solids. The flow data (pressures, rates, temperatures) collected provide a comprehensive view of the reservoir characteristics allowing operators to evaluate the deliverability and sustainability of their assets.

We offer comprehensive production tests which provide accurate and invaluable data utilized in analyzing the formation for future considerations

such as facility sizing, pipelines, overall well performance and life expectancy.

PORTABLE PRODUCTION TEST EQUIPMENT All Oil Patch Production Services separators are built to code. We can calculate and prepare all required R.R. Commission and state forms for our customers.

capable of bringing a unique combination unit that consists of a 3-Phase separator, Sand Separator and Choke Manifold. This single trailer unit allows for rapid deployment, a low location footprint and quick rig-up/rig-down time.

All of our separators have meter run by-passes or Sr. Orifice fittings so that well-plate changes can be made without disturbing well-flow. All separators have liquid meters. All flow through the separator is measured with computerized meters that are capable of transmitting data to the well operator’s computer or smart phone. All separators have pressure relief safety valves and high/low kill switches.

All of Oil Patch Production Services Frac Stacks are made of American steel with flanged connections and can be configured to our customer’s requirements.

FLOW LINES Oil Patch Production Services uses only 2” and 3” 1502 flow lines rated to 15,000# MAWP on all of its operations. Our pipe is inspected and pressure-tested after each job. In addition, our pipe is also 3rd party recertified and banded at least once or twice a year. Oil Patch Production Services can furnish all different lengths, short and long, so as to install a neat and safe rig up.
