• Distance Learning Center (DLC) is based on web-technologies, students

needs only browser to have an access to all center functionality

• DLC activity – interaction of five main entities:

– A set of tasks and questions

– Results and answers presented as a report

• Theory test

– Available when practical exercises report is approved

– Student and tutor schedule date and time for the test

– Test is a sequence of questions with several options – answers

– All questions has a limited time to answer

– After test is done, student see the preliminary grade. To continue it should be

approved by tutor

• Tutors – user who followed student according to the program level

• Students list – students, assigned with tutor

• Information about assigned students – profile, program content, tests

• Message center – instrument for communications with the students

– Responsibility for each assigned student

• Provide on-line consultations once in two weeks

• Answer to off-line questions in 5 days (10 questions a week)

• Check and evaluate practical exercises

• Reconcile date and time for theory tests, check and approve them

• Reconcile the graduate project
