the Arabs who studies perfected the art of distillation between 7th

and 12th century the first commercial style was built in 1808 in

farce.

Sugar content in the sugarcane juice in about 15 to 16

production and remaining sugar comes with the water santifition

and residual brownish liquid is the called as “molasses “

The molasses is chief readily raw material in the

production of alcohol molasses contains mainly sure rose sum

glusoscand factors, fructose in slates, gums, vexes etc.

Sugar present is the molasses are useful for manufacture

of alcohol during this process sucrose is first converted in glucose

and frcictore by invitee’s enzyme & them this glucose and fracture

is converted in to ethyl alcohol by the micro ----organisms (yeast)

so process is called as fermentation.

Fermentaion is process in which complex organic

Finance Department:-

This department work is to follow all

orders and instruction of administrative department and it also

includes maintaining the account and all types of accounting

works. It most important work is giving payment staff and every

month it includes cane accounts & general accounts.

Cane Accounts:-

It general follows the orders of accounts

section and prepares harvesting bill, transport bill, commission

bill for harvesters and transports. Any advance payment for

crop growers, deduction in the amount if the quality of sugar

cane is low.

General Accounts:-

This section maintains the accounts of

purchase, sales payment of bill and payment for employees.
