Notes of the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics A MESSAGE FROM THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN It is my pleasure to present the new members of our Society; they number 96. There were 74 members dropped from our rolls, producing a net gain of 22 members for a total membership of 2146. Admittedly, this represents little growth from the 1985 members of 1990; steady new membership is being offset by the attrition of those we dropped or who resigned and the inevitable deaths. While this latter trend will likely continue, our challenge is to increase recruitment efforts. The Society continues its healthy mix with 26% women, which is similar to the past four years. A modest drop in non-physician new members was offset by an increase in physician members from academia, government agencies and industry. inating new members. A MESSAGE FROM THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN

It is my pleasure to present the new members of our Society; they number 96.
