PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ENTRUSTED TO
J. T. FISHER FUNERAL SERVICE 1248 N. George Washington Hwy. — Chesapeake, VA 23323
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The family is deeply appreciative for all of the love and acts of kindness shown during the illness of our beloved,
Karen and during this time of bereavement.
“He Only Takes the Best”
God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped his arms around you, and whispered, “Come to Me.”
You didn’t deserve what you went through, so He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful. He only takes the best.
And when I saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain,
I could not wish you back to suffer that again.
A SPECIAL THANK YOU . . .
The family would like to give special thanks to Pastor William J. Smith, Jr., Deacon Fred Rodgers,
Deacon Robert Stateman and Deacon Paul R. Burke, Sr. of New First Baptist Church (Taylorsville) and
Sister Clarice W. Shamlee for their many visits, words of encouragement, and prayer during Karen’s period of illness
and transition; and to Sister Brenda Williams for all her help, advice, and support during this difficult time.
