Effects on Community Property

According to the District’s Property Appraiser:

School buildings and the surrounding fields are typical uses of property located in single-family neighborhoods.

One of the most important amenities to a residential area is having a high quality school facility as this is one of the most important factors in supporting the value of the homes in the surrounding community.

Adding value to Oak Ridge in the form of a modern, attractive addition, will add value to the homes in the vicinity of the building and to the community as a whole.
