A LEVEL MEDIA STUDIES FOCUS GROUP

INTRODUCTIONThis is my AS Media Studies Focus Group on Indie Rock music magazines. It will ask members of my target audience questions on what they like/prefer to see included in a music magazine. Taking part in my focus group are Katie, Hannah and Kirsty. They are all females between the ages of 16 and 17. They are all down to earth and enjoy spending time with their friends. They enjoy exploring and like going around the city finding new locations. They are all in full-time education and out of the three of them, Kirsty has a part-time job at a gift shop. I am conducting this focus group to help me understand what my target audience enjoy reading about in magazines and what they would like to be featured in my magazine.
