Somerville Suites I and II, combined,
offer 540 square metres of totally
self-contained conferencing or
event facilities, which can cater for
up to 650 people theatre style or
450 people for a seated banquet.
Equally, each suite can be used
individually.
The Somerville area also includes
dedicated facilities such as a private
bar, lounge and cloakroom.
Across the hotel lobby and on the
first floor, we have a wide range
of break out or syndicate meeting
rooms, which may be required as
part of your conference agenda.
While there is a dedicated
conference lobby and entrance,
this area can be easily accessed
from the main entrance as they
are located close to the heart of
the hotel on the ground floor.

venue. At CityNorth Hotel, we
work hard to ensure that your
delegates or meeting participants
find the hotel welcoming and

co-ordinators, who are on hand to
facilitate the setting-up of your
event and any related activities or
requirements. Our conference and
banqueting team oversee food and
refreshments and our sales and
marketing team follow-up to make
sure everything went well and that
your event was a success.

food, using the freshest ingredients.
For overnight delegates, breakfast
is available from 07.00am and we
offer 24 hour room service.
The Delvin Bar caters for casual
bar food all day for smaller groups,
or early evening drinks. For more
formal requirements, fine dining
and fine wines are catered for in
the Mornington Restaurant. For
larger groups or private dining, our
Executive Chef has prepared a wide
range of possible menu options or,
if required, a custom menu can
be created.

Travel north from Dublin city, the
M50 motorway or Dublin Port
Tunnel following directions for
Dublin airport, the M1 motorway
or Belfast City. Located just 20
minutes north of Dublin airport
along the M1, CityNorth Hotel is a
landmark building on the left side
of the motorway, located just
off junction 7.
From Belfast
Travel south from Belfast on the
M1 motorway and take junction 7.
The hotel is situated on the right
hand side of the motorway, when
you are travelling southbound.
Therefore please cross the flyover
bridge where you will see the hotel
just in front of you. To reach the
hotel’s entrance take the first exit
off the roundabout and follow
the signs.
Matthews coach services

Matthews coach routes serving
Dublin city centre, Laytown,
Bettystown, Drogheda and Dundalk.
Some services also coincide
with the Matthews airport daily
