Inventories

Inventories were using in Tudor times to record all the items a person owned when they died. They showed the value of each item and gave a total value at the end. This can be used to show if a person was rich or poor. An inventory can also show us facts linking us to facts about a person’s lives

Look at the following inventories. Which one do you think is one of a rich person and which is on of a poor person? What makes you suggest this?
