Welcome to a holiday week together with Ellel Norway. Come and enjoy a time of fellowship and fun. Together we will explore some of the beautiful surroundings of the Norwegian Ellel center. There will be a time of worship and a devotional each morning.

A HOLIDAY WEEK LIKE NO OTHER WITH ELLEL NORWAY Grosås Center is located in Iveland municipality, famous for the occurrence of rare minerals. You will find a beautiful collection exhibited at the local mineral museum. The landscape around Grosås is dominated by forests, mountains, rivers and lakes. There are excellent opportunities for fishing, hiking, swimming and many other outdoor activities. While taking a walk in the nearby forests you may meet moos, roe deer, beaver and woodland birds.

A short trip south of Grosås is the city of Kristiansand. Kristiansand is located on Norway’s southern coast and has long been a favourite summer holiday destination amongst Norwegians. The sea and surrounding fjords are perfect for recreational activities like swimming, fishing and sailing. Kristiansand is the business and cultural capital of Southern Norway.

A short drive north of Grosås you will find the famous valley of Setesdal. It stretches from Evje in the south to Hovden in the north, a total of 150 km. The river Otra flows through every village in this picturesque valley. The landscape varies from flat countryside to wild beautiful mountains. All through the Setesdal valley you will find living silver handicrafts and traditional music. There are many museums in the area to help you get a closer look at traditional building styles, local art and handicrafts.
