Q. How do I know what treatment is best for me or whether I should get crowns or veneers?

A. There are a number of factors that your dentist will take into consideration in recommending the best treatment option and the type of material to be used to achieve the best esthetic outcomes. For example if your teeth look good individually and it is only misaligned, it may be best to have an orthodontic treatment such as Invisalign. If your teeth are crooked, stained, chipped or short, porcelain veneers may be the best option. If your teeth are weak and have had multiple fillings already, the best treatment maybe crowns. Q. How many days do I need to plan for my smile makeover, Can this all be done completed in a single trip?

A. Majority of smile makeovers can be completed in a single trip. Depending on your treatment and the number of teeth involved in your smile makeover, the treatment days may range between 3-14 days. Upon a consultation with our clinic, we will be able to give you an estimate as the number of days required.

Q. What are the different types of veneers and which one should I choose?

A. Dental Veneers vary in quality and thickness and it all depends on your clinical situation. In general, we can offer composite veneers ( Glamour Hollywood Smile ), Emax Veneers, Durathin and Lumineers. We recommend that you share with us a sample of smile that you admire from your favorite celebrity or a friend first. You can also pick a smile from our smile catalogue. Based on the information,, you share with us our cosmetic dental technician will be able to create a prototype of your teeth in wax first that you can preview and approve, before your final teeth are completed. Q. How many days does it take for my new teeth to become ready?

A. The number of days depends on the number of the test involved and if you like to have a diagnostic wax up as part of your treatment process. Generally most cosmetic dental cases can be completed within 7- 10 days and slightly longer for full mouth reconstructions or an All on four dental treatment.
