A perfect healthy snack for on the go!

Ingredients:

3 Cups fresh or frozen fruit

2-4 tbs. honey

1 tsp. vanilla extra

1 1/2 cups yogurt

2/3 cup granola

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine fruit and 2 Tbsp. honey. Simmer for about 8-10 min. until fruit is thick and jammy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, then cool.

In a small bowl, stir yogurt and 1 Tbsp. honey. Mix 1/4 cup of prepared yogurt with granola in a separate bowl.

Place a dollop of yogurt into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Next add granola and then the cooked fruit. Continue to layer until the molds are filled.

Freeze until solid, 6 hours or overnight.

To unmold the popsicles, run the mold under hot water for a few seconds.

Gently remove and ENJOY!
