INTELIS PAC 600® shrink filmINTELIS PAC 600® is a fully automated and complete packing machine: from forming to closing and fixing.Tamper-proof packing, INTELIS PAC 600® guarantees the security of delivery goods and provides a high stacking strength and palletisation. No deformation upon receipt of the package.Easy-open case, no cutting device required thanks to the tear strip on the bottom.Recycling: the non-fixing film allows you to separate materials effortlessly.Another benefit: order picking is facilitated by the lack of cardboard flaps.

Innovative packing concept
Reduction of empty space with INTELIS JIVARO®
INTELIS JIVARO® automatically adapts and closes boxes at the fill height without adding wedging material. Recipients receive a secure box of the smallest possible volume.INTELIS JIVARO® is an environmentally-friendly concept: no wedging materials required, more boxes can be transported in the same truck, less trucks on the road!INTELIS E-JIVARO®, a packing machine designed for e-commerce, can make boxes in “letter box format”, i.e. an A4 format with a thickness greater than or equal to 30 mm (as opposed to 50 mm for INTELIS JIVARO®) depending on the items inside (photo albums, books, textiles, pharmaceutical products, etc.).
Wrap-around packing (INTELIS E-WRAP)The INTELIS E-WRAP machine is designed to be used in pick-then-pack mode and can perform three operations:
n Creating fully secure packing that is adapted to suit the product dimensions via folding and gluing
n Order picking with two stations and side-by-side conveyors
n Labelling.
INTELIS E-WRAP creates small boxes at a rate of 15 boxes/minute.Target sectors: companies that ship products in envelopes (e-commerce, cultural products, cosmetics, textiles, etc.).
