To mark the festive season of 2019, Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian will be elaborately decorated in the style of the magical tale of the North Pole train with some Scottish twists. The theme will celebrate not only the hotel’s railway past but also the idea of a classic Christmas to reflect the welcoming sense you will feel as you walk through the hotel.

All provisional festive bookings to be confirmed within 7 days. 50% of the total is payable with confirmation. All offers are subject to availability. After 7 days, unconfirmed bookings will be released without further notification.
Vegetarian alternatives and special dietary requests will be accommodated with advanced notice.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
All balances for the restaurants to be paid in full including a service charge of 10% by Friday 29th November 2019 or at the time of confirmation if the reservation is made after this date.
Hogmanay Ball and Christmas buffet payments: 50% of the total is payable with confirmation, and final payment by Friday 29th November 2019 or at the time of confirmation if the reservation is made after this date.
All payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, beverage or accommodation.
If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms in clause above) the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all balances will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered, without liability to the hotel or Hilton Worldwide.
We recommend that all wine for parties above 10 persons be pre-ordered to avoid any delays on the evening.
The hotel can accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for guests personal property. As a licenced premise, we also reserve the right to refuse entrance at the Manager’s discretion.
