Join us an exquisite, four-day weekend at The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island. The event highlights award-winning chefs and wineries from around the world.

The money raised at Gourmet & Grapes supports life-saving cancer research and patient support at Hollings Cancer Center.

Hollings Cancer Center is South Carolina’s only National Cancer Institute – Designated Cancer Center.

While the cancer mortality rate is steadily declining, there is still much to be done with cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment options.

In 2019, an estimated 1,762,450 new cancer cases and 606,880 cancer deaths are expected in the United States.

Of those 1.7 million new cases, it is estimated 28,830 will be South Carolina residents.

Over the past 12 years, Gourmet & Grapes has raised over $3.57 million.

Gourmet & Grapes is one of the biggest fundraisers in Charleston.

Our event attendees include guests from 26 states, several of South Carolina’s most influential business leaders, many of MUSC’s largest donors, Kiawah Island residents, Hollings Cancer Center’s board members,

MUSC faculty and staff, and other like-minded individuals who want to fight back against cancer.
