Ovangkol veneer and Ingersoll Rand locks have been used on the doors and Veka, German
uPVC weather proof and air tight profi les have been used on windows and external doors.
Ceiling mounted Daikin cassette air conditioners have been installed in the drawing room,
dining room, and master bedroom while split air conditioners are installed in the other rooms
including the kitchen. All bathrooms are fi nished with Duravit ceramic from Germany and
have concealed Geberit cisterns installed. 304-grade stainless steel has been used for the
staircase and balcony railings.
On the top most level is the beautiful open, spacious terrace with a cabana from where
one can enjoy 360 degree views of the surrounding areas as well as unobstructed views of the
sea. The cabana is ideal for al fresco entertaining.
