Algumas conclusões do modelo/tese

• Neighborhood influence is central, as it is differentiating actors by income • neighborhood como elemento cognitivo de formação de

preços (ch.5 e 6);

• Income como fator diferenciador atores (ch. 3, 5, 6 e 8);

• Prices play an important role, but inertia effects are also very strong.

Conclusões II

• Em contraponto ao modelo econométrico, busca insights para “ the factors that dynamically evolve into a specific configuration”; • porém é menos preciso.

• O modelo econométrico, por sua vez, dada uma certa configuração, o modelo pode ser imediatamente aplicado.
