Christmas Fair

On the date of 29th November,2012,Honurable Managing Director,GLPC had visited

Gujarat Gram Haat and had suggested us to organize the Fair at Gujarat Gram Haat. Working on his

suggestion and under the constant guidance of Chairman,DRDA and Director DRDA, We have

successfully organized the “Christmas fair”.

Following is the brief details of Christmas fair.

Venue: Gujarat Gram Haat,Nr.IOC Petrol Pump,Anjali cross road,Paladi,Ahmedabad

Starting date: 27th December,2012

Inauguration: 19:00 Hrs,Thursday

Ending date: 3rd January,2013

Total no of Participant: 39 SHGs + 13 Individual Artisan

Total no.of District participated: 17 District

Marketing activities undertaken:

1.25000 pamphlets dictributed in 5 days in nearby areas of GGH.(5000 pamphlets in each day in

Sandesh,Divya Bhaskar and Gujarat Samachar)

2. 5 hoarding (Each at Anjali Cross Road, Vastrapur Gram Haat, Rajpath Club,Karnavati Club)

3. Ads at backside of rickshaw (50 CNG rickshaw covered)

4. Clown, Kuttchi ghodi and Santa clause perform in evening to attract crowd.
