Anti-tip safety shelfFood can either be placed on the shelf in adish or cake tin for cooking or browning. Thisshould be used for grilled meat (which shouldbe placed directly on it).

Multi-purpose baking tray (reserved for pastries)This tray has a raised edge and can beused for baking pastries (choux buns, meringues, small cakes, flaky pasties, etc).Inserted in the runners under the shelf, itcatches the cooking juices and fat fromgrilled meat. It can also be used half-filledwith water as a double boiler. Joints should not be cooked in this trayuncovered because fat could spit all overthe oven sides.

Multi-purpose baking tray(dripping pan)This is used to catch the cooking juicesand fat from cooking carried out in the highgrill or pulsed grill settings. It can also beused as a cooking dish for suitably sizedjoints (for example: a chicken surroundedby vegetables, at medium temperature).Inserted under the shelf, this pan catchescooking juices and fat from grilled food. Itcan also be used half filled with water as adouble boiler.

45 mm multi-purpose dishFully accessible sliding railsystem

Thanks to the new sliding rail system withsupport (fully accessible) handling food ismore practical and easier as the trays canbe effortlessly removed for simplerhandling. The trays can be completelyremoved, providing full access. Theirstability ensures that food can be handledsafely, reducing the risk of burns. Thismeans that you can take food out of theoven far more easily. The drip tray at thebottom of the oven collects the juice andfat from roasting, and can be used half-filled with water as a bain-marie. Do notplace meat or poultry directly on the driptray for roasting. This would inevitablyproduce splashes and dirty the sides of theoven.

Housing

NBThe oven may be housed either undera work surface or built into a columnthat is open* or closed with a suitableopening.

Your oven works at its best and producesexcellent results when cooking andcleaning itself, if its air circulation is notcompromised:• The oven must be centred in the unit sothat there is a minimum distance of 5 mmbetween it and the surrounding unit.• The housing unit or its outer surface mustbe capable of withstanding heat.• To ensure the oven rests firmly in thehousing, screw it to the housing unit usingthe holes on the side uprights provided(see diagram).

To do this:Remove the rubber stoppersmasking the fixing holes.

To prevent the housing unitsplintering, drill two holes 3 mm indiameter in the wall of the housing

unit opposite the fixing holes.Attach the oven using the twoscrews.

Conceal the hole using the rubberstoppers. (These also help tocushion the closing of the oven

door).(*) If the housing unit is open at the back, the gapmust not be more than 70 mm.
