The ELA website wasviewed 44,873 timesin 173 countries. The U.S. led the packwith more than50,000 visits, andsignificant numberswere posted acrossthe globe and nearlyevery continent.

WebsiteIn comparing the top 10pages of content on the ELAwebsite in 2010 (old site) and2011 (new site), we havenoted significant growth inthe page views of the GlobalEmployer Handbook.

In 2011, 16,649 GEH pageswere viewed versus 6,294during the same period in2010. The represents growthof 265% year-over-year andmay be in part attributed tothe relationship with AperianGlobal.

Website

2010Total Visits: 76,697

2011Total Visits: 44,873

As a percentage of total visits, more traffic is coming to the website directly and throughreferring sites (39% in 2011 compared to 26% in 2010). We would expect the number ofreferring sites to continue to increase via social media efforts.
