And there is no bad news.” He added “Mrs. Cassarino is so deserving of this recog- nition. She has been a cham- pion of teaching and learning at Davies for many years. She is not only a fantastic class- room teacher but also a true resource to her colleagues as she continually offers engag- ing professional development focused on quality teaching strategies and technology in- tegration. Valley Briefs Top honors for Davies teacher Bellingham Children’s Theater to present ‘The Rocky Monster Show’ BELLINGHAM — Bellingham Children’s Theater will present “The Rocky Monster Show” on Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22 at 7 p.m. at the Bellingham High School Auditorium. “The Rocky Monster Show” by Malcolm Sircom, includes bits of the shows “Franken- stein,” “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” “Rebecca,” “The Addams Family” and “The Phantom of the Opera” in its script. It is hu- morous and appropriate for those of elementa- ry school age and older. Bellingham Children’s Theater is a non-profit group enabling young people in grades 4-9 to learn musical theater skills which are presented in an end-of-season show. This is its 39th season of performing.
