Unveiling an exclusive showcase…portraying East Hampton’s signature panache. Eyebrow windows with cottage panes, the volume of magnificent trusses, 880sf main floor master suite includes fireplace open to bath and bedroom; shower for 2 with entry from both sides; bath, two facilities, personal vanities.
Blending architecture with inventive blush pigments against tints of today. Brilliant surfaces of veined slate, rough-cut limestone, bluestone. A home at the forefront of technology.
You are at the water...enjoy the full gamut of pleasures. A Yachtsman’s paradise; deep water large yacht dock...perhaps irreplaceable. Right at the lakefront...a waters edge spa for 8.
Ask for details...one of the nonpareil. A party backdrop; participation with the lake. Full capacity for main floor living. Warm, upscale; staying power for today and all tomorrows. Impressive presence ~ the power of beauty. Upbeat, transitional fusion. A wakeup call.

Mercer Island Parks
Mercer Island has 475 acres of parks and open spaces. Mercer Island Parks are open for year-round enjoyment and are the
perfect place for a variety of activities like: baseball, soccer, volleyball, having a picnic or taking a walk with the family.
Pioneer Park is our largest park, with 113 acres of beautiful forest and 6.6 miles of trails. The Park has been kept in a
natural state so that Island residents and other visitors can easily “get out” in the woods through the course of their daily
lives. Roads divide the park into three distinct quadrants.
Located on the northeast end of Mercer Island, Luther Burbank Park features spectacular views of Lake Washington, and has facilities for several water-based activities including swimming, boating and fishing. It is also a large park of 77 acres, and portions of its waterfront and wetlands foster a variety of wildlife such as 155 species of birds, beaver, muskrats and rabbits
There are many smaller parks, beach parks and street ends, providing an excellent opportunity for waterfront access and pursuing recreational activites.

Mercer Island schools
The Mercer Island School District is comprised of three elementary schools, one Middle School and one High School. The facilities, curriculum, instruction, and effective use of technology as a tool for learning are all factors in preparing students to think and succeed globally while using technology as an inherent part of everyday life. The district has more teachers with advanced education degrees than any other district in the Seattle area. It is known to be one of the highest assessment test-scoring districts in the State of Washington, and among the top in the nation.
