RETURN TO WELLNESS SERIESMondays: March 7 through May 2, 4 pmWith Jill Stewart, LMFT, CSC Therapist Facilitator. This eight-week series is for people who have completed treatment, focused on survivorship practices that enhance quality of life and help to decrease the risk of recurrence. Includes group support to discuss the emotional aspects of survivor-ship. Presentations on nutrition address how diet can impact recovery and survivorship. Sessions will also include an in-class exercise component and address increasing physical activity. No class March 21.

TRE safely guides you through a technique of fatiguing muscles that surround the body’s emotional center. We offer support groups for people with any cancer. Weekly groups are available for both patients and caregivers. A speci� c group for those with newly diagnosed breast cancer meets weekly. Networking groups are once or twice a month and are for some speci� c cancers or topics. Atten-dance at a Newcomers Meeting and a brief group preparation interview are required.
