EPDM Benefits The primary benefit of adding EPDM is an expanded operating temperature range. Industry Standard Neoprene v-belts have an operating temperature of - 30°F to + 140°F. Browning EPDM expands that range to - 60°F to + 230°F. This expanded range helps ensure long-life and reliable performance even in the most demanding climates and heat sensitive applications. Browning EPDM v-belts are also smoother running due to a higher tolerance for misalignment.
