About Stop & Think
The third rule of self-control is to stop and think.
It doesn’t solve the problem, but it keeps it from getting worse until we can think more clearly.

Stop & Think 3-StepStop & Think 3-StepStep 1: Be Quiet (Mouth) Slow down verbally. To keep self-
control, you first have to stop talking.
