The AZ Water Association provides value to our members by offering an annual three-day conference designed to provide professional development, continuing education, and technology transfer to support our vision “a vibrant Arizona through safe, reliable water”.

As an exhibitor your participation at the conference will help AZ Water continue to develop quality education programs that serve our members, while keeping registration costs to a minimum. In 2017 AZ Water is moving the conference and exhibition to Central Phoenix at the Phoenix Convention Center. We are anticipating record attendance and even more opportunities for you to entertain your clients and colleagues than ever before.

Standard 10 x 10 Exhibit Booth SpacesExhibit Booth Cost Includes: Three (3) Exhibit Representative Badges for the first booth and two (2) badges for each additional booth space, Entrance to Conference Sessions, Breaks, Thursday Operator Awards luncheon. Each booth will receive; CARPET, 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and wastebasket. The size of each booth is 10 ft wide by 10 ft deep. Booths are $800.00 for the first 10 x 10 space and discounted by 10% for any additional booths thereafter. We are using pipe and drape to define exhibit/booth sizes and aisles.

Rolling Stock Booth SpacesRolling Stock Booth Cost Includes: One badge per 10’x 10’ area purchased. Example: Purchase a 20 ft wide x 30 ft deep space, receive 6 Exhibit Representative badges. Badges include Entrance to Conference Sessions, Breaks, and Thursday Operator Awards Luncheon. Each Rolling Stock booth will receive; CARPET, a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and wastebasket. The product that is being displayed in this exhibit space must be driven or towed in. Trucks/Trailers cannot be placed side by side. If you plan on displaying 2 or more Trucks/Trailers in a space, they must be inline or offset from each other. You must be able to conduct business in the space you rent. The Exhibit Hall will be set up in Halls F & G (refer to map) at the Phoenix Convention Center, South Bldg, located at 100 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. In March you will receive an Exhibitor’s Confirmation Package via email. Included in this kit will be your booth number and instructions for handling needs such as electrical, extra furnishings, freight and overhead signage. These items ARE NOT included with your booth and must be arranged directly with the exhibiting contractor CSI.

Airport & Public TransportationAre you traveling from out of state to attend our conference? It couldn’t be easier with public transportation in Phoenix! There are 1,200 daily flights available at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and there is no need to rent a car with the PHX Sky Train®. The PHX Sky Train® is an automated train that transports travelers between the airport terminals and the Valley Metro Rail at 44th and Washington streets. The PHX Sky train arrives and departs every 3-5 minutes and is free to the public. Once you connect to Valley Metro Rail, it is a direct ride to the Phoenix Convention Center and to the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, our conference hotel.

This fast-paced contest pits competitors against the clock to assemble a water meter from a bucket of parts. Competitors practice year-round to compete at the Conference. The winner of this state competition will be awarded a conference registration and travel assistance from AZ Water to attend the 2017 ACE Conference in Philadelphia to compete in the AWWA Meter Madness competition on behalf of Arizona.
