Situation/Directions

For Sat Nav users: Postcode CF62 3AD

The land is situated to the East of the Village of Llancarfan.

Traveling to Llancarfan on the A48 turn, either at The

Aubrey Arms or The Old Post heading south to the village

of Llancarfan, travelling for approximately 2.5 miles, turn

left at Pancross Farm down the hill to the village of

Llancarfan.

Turn right at the T Junction and within 100 yards turn left

keeping the Primary School on your left hand side and the

Tennis court on your right hand side. Opposite the school

is a sharp 180 degree turn right up a country lane. Take

the turning right and at reaching the top hill, the land is

situated on you right hand side. The lane is a dead end

and leads to Broomwell Farm.
