DESCRIPTION

It is the process by which the wastewater from the laundry washers is carefully treated until satisfactory levels of purification for reusing either in the laundry process or other processes as a supplement to the fresh water line supply. The applied technology is Ceramic + Specialised RO membranes which recycles 90% of the Wastewater back to the Laundry for reuse. The ROI varies from case to case ranging from 1 to 2 years.

REVOSIS LWW System proposed for a 5 star Hotel which generates 30,000 Gallons / day [115 m3/d] of Laundry Wastewater . REVOSIS LWW System captures Wastewater discharged from the Laundry room and recycles 90% of it for reuse in their laundry washers.

Case Study Report REVOSIS LWW System recycles and saves 27,000 Gallons of

drinking water a day, over 9.7 million gallons per year per client.

The recycled and treated water from the REVOSIS LWW System is fed in to the fresh water supply Laundry room to supplement the municipality feed line. Hence, reducing fresh water consumption by 85-90 %. Also reducing LWW disposal volume by 85-90%.

LWW is recycled and treated to the highest recycled water standards approved by Local Health Authorities.

Recycled water is successfully reused in the Laundry Washers as a supplement to the municipality line.
