    OFFICIAL OPENING, BLESSING OF THE NEW CHURCH, PARISH CENTRE AND ADMIN BLOCK - Bishop Patrick O’Regan will

    be celebra*ng Mass and officially opening our new church on 23rd September at 1.30pm. Please note that there will be

    no Sunday evening 6.00pm Mass that weekend. To celebrate our mul* cultural diversity, parishioners are requested to

    wear their tradi*onal clothing. If you can bring your na*onal flag and would like to be part of the entrance procession,

    please call the Parish office. We also request you to please bring a plate of finger food to share aBer mass. Flag & Food

    sign up sheets are available at the Welcome Desk.

    AN HOUR OF POWER - The parish pastoral council along with Fr Brendan invite you to an evening of prayer for the inten-

    *ons of our parish, especially the Plenary council , PPC elec*ons and Youth Ministry in our parish. This will be held on

    Monday 10th September at 7.30pm in the church.

    ELECTION FOR PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL - The Elec*on of new Parish Pastrol Council members will be held on Sunday

    16th September aBer 11.00am Mass. We encourage all parishioners to take part in this elec*on process.

    PLENARY COUNCIL - To prepare for Plenary 2020 the Catholic Diocese of Sale is offering training/forma*on for all Anima-

    tors, clergy, parishioners and schools facilitated by Sophy Morley. The session is for 2 hours and includes informa*on

    about preparing your faith community and hos*ng and facilita*ng conversa*ons. We will be modelling a Listening and

    Dialogue session with par*cipants. Par*cipants will receive Plenary 2020 Resource packs-A Regional Training Session will

    be held in Our parish on Wednesday 12th September 2018. Those interested in a'ending will have to register online at

    hRps://www.trybooking.com/XNRB. For more informa�on please contact the parish office.

    PIETY SHOP - Please pop by and see us in the new shop and remember we are on the east side of the church opposite

    Our Lady’s Chapel, just a li'le out of the way but the few extra steps help to make sure we all complete our 10000 steps

    for the day!! Remember prepaid orders are now being taken for 2019 God’s Word for Each Day at $16.00 per copy ($14

    plus postage). These order forms are available at the Piety Shop where payment can be made by cash or card. Our order

    must be placed by 15th

    October to obtain the special pricing. New stock coming in the next few weeks so much to look

    forward to.

    FRIENDSHIP GROUP - Our Christmas breakup lunch has been booked for Thursday 13th December, at Amstel Golf Club,

    THE ANNUAL DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE to the shrine of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at St

    Mary’s Cathedral will take place on Sunday 16th September commencing at 1.30 pm. Those
