Text or E-mail:Find the Muse, a game played much like Where’s Waldo© , is introducing a new way to play that’s far more convenient for our loyal readers! We are still hiding Calliope in an advertisement in every edition of the pa-per, only now you can e-mail or text your submissions. An entry will be drawn using a random algorithm, and the winner will receive $25. Prizes must be claimed 7 calendar days from the date your name appears in the paper.

valentine’sday jokes

On February 10, John walked into a sports bar.

He was about to sit down when he saw a friend of

his named Tony sitting at the bar, nursing a beer.

John sat down next to Tony and asked him if he had

bought his wife a Valentine’s Day present. “I sure

did,” Tony said, with smug smile. “I bought Shirley

a belt and a bag.” Tony had a reputation among

his male friends as being a male chauvinist, so John

was understandably surprised by his buddy’s sur-

prising display of affection. “That was very romantic

of you,” John said. “I hope your wife appreciates

the thought.” “So do I,” Tony replied. “And hope-

fully, the vacuum cleaner will work better too.”

Two days before Valentine’s Day, 20-year-old

Danny Smith was standing at the counter of one

of the most expensive jewelry stores in Bonita

Lakes Mall, ordering a very expensive bracelet.

“Would you like to have your girlfriend’s name

engraved on the bracelet?” “No,” Danny said,

“Just engrave, ‘To my one true love.” “Well,

that’s very romantic of you,” the jeweler said.

“Not really,” Danny said. “If my girlfriend and

I break up, I can always give the bracelet to

someone else.”
