30 seconds Wall sits
20x Trap Bar Dead Lift (bar located next to or behind cable machines)
20x Prone Hamstring Curl w/ Dumbbell
20x Calf Raises
10x each Side Plank Hip Abductors
10x each Band Donkey Kicks – can be with or without the band
30 seconds MB Wall Ball – as you squat hold the ball at your chest and then as you stand up from the squat throw the ball up high against the wall. As the ball comes back down, catch it and return back to a squat.
