We would appreciate if you would fill in the form below with the name of your scout, and the date and time slots that your scout is available from September 2011.

Note: that we are planning to change the scout meeting time effective from September 2011 to allow you time to fit it in with your schedule. The slot decided on will ultimately depend on availability of scout leaders and availability of a meeting room.
