About the ConferenceThis event is the 8TH ACFE African and 17TH Annual Fraud Conference hosted by the ACFE SA. It is recognized as the largest anti-fraud event in Africa, and second largest in the world. We aim to bring together 1000 + anti-fraud professionals from more than 20 countries over three days, all with a shared desire to gain leading-edge knowledge, explore the newest resources for fighting fraud to achieve their goals more effectively, and meet fellow professionals within Africa expanding their network. The Conference program has been carefully structured to include presentations and workshops by leading experts on fraud and corruption, and related fields. The content is topical, relevant and exciting.

About the ACFEThe Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is an international,

professional organization dedicated to fighting fraud and white-collar crime. With offices in the US, Europe, Japan and chaptersaround the globe the Association is networked to respond to theneeds of anti-fraud professionals everywhere. Our memberssupport our mission of reducing the incidence of fraud andwhite-collar crime through prevention and education. As fraudbecomes increasingly more prevalent and complicated in the21st century, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners iscontinually researching and developing new publications, self-study products and cutting-edge fraud training conferencesdesigned to educate and prepare fraud examiners for thechallenges they face. General Information• The event takes place at the Sandton International Conference Centre in Johannesburg. This premier conference venue is

situated in close proximity to various hotels and guesthouses, with easy access to shopping centers, the airport and entertainment areas. The exhibition area will also host the Welcome reception and Gala Dinner, and the area where refreshments as well as the lunches are served.

• Sandton Convention Centre is surrounded by 10 600 bays, in two major parking arcades. Delegates are requested to use designated parking areas and to collect free parking vouchers at the registration desk.Secure Parking

All delegates registered and paid in full for the conference by 31 July 2015 are invited to attend the Gala Dinner at no extra cost. Nevertheless, delegates are requested to pre-book for the dinner. A cash bar will be available. Admission by ticket only. Single event tickets may be purchased prior to the conference for spouses or guests at R 400.00 per person. Companies may also purchase full tables with additional branding possibilities.

• The Sandton Convention Centre keeps a Halaal friendly Kitchen, and care has been taken to select menus with a variety of meats and vegetables. However, should you prefer to specially order a Halaal or Kosher meal, we regret that a surcharge of R 250 per day will be charged.

Registration SavingsAll delegates registered and paid for the conference by 31 July 2015 are invited to attend the Awards Dinner at no extra cost. Delegates are requested to indicate prior to the event if they will attend the dinner.

Group registration informationA 10% group registration discount will apply to companies or institutions registering 5 or more people for the conference. The registration forms must be submitted together, only one invoice may be required and payment must be done for the group in one transaction to be eligible for the group discount. Any registrations added at a later date will not qualify for the group discount or do not entitle earlier registrants to qualify for the group discount. Groups booking under the Exhibitor discount does not qualify for this discount.

Awards Dinner:

• The Conference Registration Officer will issue an invoice for payment with bank details and a deposit reference, afterprocessing the registration application. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that vendor registration forms,if applicable, reach ACFE SA timeously.

Invoices:

• The registration fee includes the Welcome Reception, lunch & tea break refreshments. Payment must be received on or before 1September 2015 to guarantee your seat. In the case of Government, we will require an official Purchase Order if payment willonly be effected after the event. PLEASE NOTE: The ACFE reserve the right to refuse admission where evidence of full payment ora formal PO/guarantee of payment cannot be shown. Delegates will receive their conference bag, course materials, name badgeand any other event related materials onsite at registration. Event fees do not include travel, lodging, incidentals and meals otherthan that specified above.

Payment:

• Should your company require a vendor registration process, please ensure that this is communicated at least threemonths prior to the event, and that all the required forms is submitted to the ACFE by that time.

Vendor Registrations

• THERE WILL BE NO REFUND/ CREDIT ON CANCELLATIONS OR NON ATTENDANCE. Substitute delegates are welcome.(See below.) Having signed the registration form, the applicant accepts responsibility for full payment of the registrationfee, without prejudice.

Substitutions/ replacement Delegates:

• We cannot accept alternating delegates on one registration. Registrations are per person for the full event.Alternating Attendance:

• Upon receipt of the registration form and correct payment the conference organiser will send a confirmation via e-mail. Allregistrations will be deemed confirmed and subject to these Terms and Conditions.Confirmation:

• Only members current in their membership subscription payments will qualify for the discounted member’s rate. The10% group discount will only apply to organisations submitting bookings for 5 or more registrants simultaneously andpaying for the group in one transaction. Group discounts are not available to Exhibitors making use of the discountedExhibitor tickets.

Discounts

• No registrations will be accepted after close of business on 10 September 2015. NO walk-ins will be accepted.Late Registration:

• The ACFE SA reserve the right to make such changes to the program and speakers as may be necessary due tocircumstances beyond their control or to cancel the event if a minimum number of bookings is not received. Please notethat such changes might result in a reduction of the number of CPE hours.
